I love these little bowls, they remind me of a coconut shell but more than that, I love this smoothie bowl. Passion fruit yogurt, cacao powder, maple syrup, topped with my favorite toppings make for an absolute treat. I call this the Iron Bowl because of the Cacao-Yogurt connection, cacao is a great source of iron and the calcium in yogurt is a great partner to absorb the iron better. I topped it with raw cashews, coconut flakes, chia seeds and the little bit of banana that I had left.
The Iron Bowl
- 1 Passion Fruit Yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp. Coconut Flakes
- Raw Cashews or your favorite nut
- Mix the yogurt, cacao powder and maple syrup together and place in bowl.
- Top with your favorite toppings.
